Happy Sailing has plenty of options for a wonderful (afternoon) day on the water for groups of 2 to 75 people. If you wish, we also provide lunch and tasty drinks, but it is also allowed to bring everything yourself. We also have motivational speakers, to let a breath of fresh air blow through your team and come to fantastic new inspirations!

A luxury sailing yacht or a flat bottom?
On a luxury sailing yacht, 4 to 8 people can sail along, while our flat-bottomed boats have space for a maximum of 8 to 36 guests.
What can you experience during and besides sailing?
For example, what do you think of:
- Nice for a few hours on the water with 1 or more sailing yachts or an authentic flat bottom and enjoy the freedom of the water.
- Crossing Medemblik or Enkhuizen to Stavoren: We leave in Medemblik or Enkhuizen and cross to Stavoren (about 2 hours sailing there and 2 hours back) where there are various possibilities to experience:
- A nice lunch in one of the atmospheric catering establishments or an organized cozy lunch on board
- A sporty archery shooting clinic
- Rent bicycles for a nice bike ride through the beautiful nature and surroundings
- Just take a nice walk through the streets of Stavoren or get a nice fish
- An exciting match race, with or without team building, between 2 or more sailing yachts. In consultation we can shape this match race.
- Sailing combined with an inspiration session, NLP or other management training in Radboud castle, which is located directly at our harbor (or other location of your choice).
- But much more is possible; in consultation we put together your ideal team outing, group outing, company outing, family outing, friends or friends outing!
At which locations can you experience the company outing, teambuilding or sailing group outing?
- Our flat-bottomed boat for a maximum of 18 people, a Frisian Tjalk from 2005, is located in the harbor of Medemblik
- We also have in Medemblik both a beautiful large steel yacht and a cozy flat bottom for 3 to 10 people
- In Enkhuizen is our authentic teak sailing yacht for groups of 3 to 10 people.
- We also have a Dehler 39 in Enkhuizen ; a luxury yacht for 2 to 8 people. Can be combined with our 2nd Dehler 39 for an exciting match race!
- Our flat-bottomed boat for 17 to 36 people is located in Hoorn. She was built in 1882 and is therefore one of the oldest 5 sailing ships in the Netherlands that are still sailing! It goes without saying that it has been completely modernized and overhauled.
- Our luxury sailing yachts are spread over the beautiful harbors of the IJsselmeer, such as; Medemblik, Enkhuizen, Hoorn and Makkum and in Zeeland in the newest port of the Netherlands; Cadzand-Bad.

Sailing, an enrichment for everyone!
Experience has taught us that being active on and around the water is a wonderful basis for immersing yourself in a completely different reality. The existing structures quickly disappear as soon as you step on board and when the sails are hoisted you immediately experience the freedom of the water and the elements. A great opportunity for teams and companies to let the fresh wind blow everything clean. From a fresh perspective, often brilliant new insights arise, which obviously benefit every organization.
For family and groups of friends it is of course, a great opportunity to get together again!
