Happy Sailing sails for charity.
Last Friday Happy Sailing made a boat with skipper available to give a few English guests a beautiful day on the IJsselmeer.
This day of sailing was made available free of charge by Happy Sailing, and the proceeds went directly to charity!
The weather couldn’t have been better, 18 degrees, clear blue sky and a nice 10 knot wind over the IJsselmeer, and that in October! The guests had a wonderful day, which ended with a drink at Oranje Buiten of course.
The charity was “Metal Exchange Power”. This foundation raises money for children who suffer from a metabolic problem in their body.
We are very happy that we were able to support this charity with this wonderful day of sailing!
